The price we quote you is the price you pay, they include VAT and there are absolutely no hidden extras or upgrades involved. All our cleaning solutions are safe for you, your family and your pets.
A: There are many factors you must take into account when answering this question.
How dirty are the articles that require cleaning?
What kind of fibre or fabric are we dealing with?
How much moisture is there in the air on that particular day?
Which cleaning system are we using?
The simple answer is that drying times have many, many variables, the correct and truthful answer is that they can be between less than 1 hour to up to 6 hours depending on all the conditions mentioned above and many others.
Our cleaning operatives will advise you of how long they think drying times will be before they commence your work, rest assured, in most cases it is in our interests to get your items as dry as possible as quickly as possible.
A: The easiest way to find this out is to make a list of the items you require cleaned, for example if you had a suite, a set of curtains and a lounge carpet to be cleaned your list should look something like this............
........... 3 seater 2 armchairs and 1 recliner, full length set of curtains, lounge carpet 22 feet by 13 feet or 3 metres by 5 metres etc.

We very rarely give full quotations over an email, there are just too many variables to be accurate.
A: That's up to you, we don't request you move everything out, small tables, ornaments, glassware and breakables should be moved to avoid unnecessary accidents. Larger pieces of furniture like dining tables and your 3 piece suite can be moved around without too much of a problem.
Obviously the more you can take out, the quicker we will be, which will enable you to get back to normal far more quickly.
A: Yes, all our cleaning operatives are trained to the highest standard possible by us, in the field and not just in the classroom. Whilst a written test is always desirable, there is no substitute for hands on practical training and expertise.
Our operatives are not just trained to clean to the highest standards, they are also trained in customer service, you will find them friendly, courteous, hardworking and a pleasure to have in your home or business.
Q: How long will it all take?
A: You can ask for an approximate estimate when booking and again when your cleaner arrives.
We work as quickly and efficiently as possible, but we will not be rushed, every job has a different set up, as far as we are concerned we will not leave your premises until the job has been done properly.
