Remember if you require carpet cleaning, to have the approximate sizes of your rooms ready for when you call, if you do not have them ready, we cannot give you a price for your work, generally all room sizes are different and you would effectively be asking us to price your job blindfolded. This is neither in your best interests or ours.
We regret that we cannot physically come to your home or premises to measure up and quote, only on rare occasions and generally in the commercial sector will this occur. The reasons for this are quite simple. We cover a huge area, not just Devon although that is large enough in itself to be prohibitive. On the day of your cleaning, when our technician arrives, should the measurements you gave be wrong (smaller or larger), your price will be adjusted slightly. It really is quite simple

Sometimes it is impossible to give quotations over an email, without discussing your requirements. This can be in the form of a very simple free phone call to us, or we will happily call you.
Don't forget to give as much detail as you can about the items you require cleaned, for example, the size of the rooms, like lounge 22 feet x 12 feet or 5 metres by 4 metres. Upholstery 3 seater 2 armchairs, if you know what type of fabric then please include this information. Full length or half length curtains etc. Please don't worry too much, our telephone operators will talk you through everything later.
